In the absence of a separate contract, Naiad’s services are delivered under our standard terms and conditions. Acceptance of a quote, or an instruction for work to begin, will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are governed by the law of England and Wales.

• All work shall be quoted for in advance, in writing, including our day-rate, projected expenses and total estimate, and this quote shall form the basis of our fee
• Payment terms are 30 days from invoice, submitted monthly
• We hold Professional Indemnity insurance for £250,000
• So far as the law allows, Naiad’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of work we have quoted for
